I had such an incredible time watching and photographing the fastest swimmers in the world at the Olympic Swimming Trials. It was held inside Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indy, the first time a pool has been build inside an active football stadium. It was the most incredible and surreal experience I have had thus far in my life. Definitely something I was able to check off my bucket list. I was able to watch two world records, one American record, and one US open record set during the course of that week. I was also a part of the world record set for the largest number of attendance at a swim meet at 22,209 people. I also had the honor of meeting and shaking hands with Anthony Ervin, two time Olympic gold medalist in the 50m freestyle, on the way into the stadium. This is an experience I will take with me forever. It was so amazing getting to watch a sport so close to my heart and my life and watch the amazing individuals qualify to go to Paris.
